Karen Holmes is the Founder of Holmes and Associates Financial Services, LLC, which is a Wealth Management Firm located in Rockville MD. Holmes and Associates Financial Services has been serving the DC, Maryland, and Virginia communities for over twenty-three years. Our financial consultants provide holistic and tax-efficient financial planning and wealth management services. Services include tax strategies, investment management, retirement planning, insurance, estate planning, and education planning, for individuals and small businesses.

Our mission is to help people manage their financial goals and to PURSUE THEIR DREAMS!

Prior to pursuing her passion as a financial advisor, Ms. Holmes, worked for over 17 years at IBM and Lockheed Martin, in various Financial Management and Senior Management positions.

Ms. Holmes serves as a mentor for the Certified Financial Planning Board and is actively mentoring aspiring CFP professionals. Ms. Holmes is also active in her church and serves on the Trustee Board as well as the board of the church’s Foundation.

Ms. Holmes is married and has two adult children.
